About Me

Hi, I'm Kayleigh, a level 3 personal trainer who's also qualified in pre and postnatal, strength and conditioning, menopause, and youth exercise. I first got into fitness in 2018 when my mental health declined. What started as a way to cope and rebuild myself soon became a passion and a purpose. Fitness gave me confidence, structure, and a positive outlet during a difficult time in my life.

Through my own journey, I realised how powerful movement and community can be for both physical and mental wellbeing. That experience inspired me to help others feel stronger, healthier, and more confident in themselves too. Today, I'm proud to create inclusive fitness sessions for all ages and abilities, supporting people not just physically, but emotionally and socially as well.
